Practising online at home: how to set up a space that works
You do not need a studio at home to join an online yoga or Pilates class. A bit of floor, a screen you can see from your mat and a few minutes to set up will do.

Classes are calm, unhurried and friendly. We settle the breath first, warm up gently, then work through a balanced sequence with options for every pose, so you can take it easier or go a little further.
You do not need to be flexible, fit or experienced. You just need to turn up.
